Malcolm Morley
World renowned, leading Neo-Expressionist photorealist painter. Celebrated
for translating
photographic images into spatially complex paintings; Morley, who coined the
word ‘Superrealism’ is widely considered the dean of photorealism. He was
the first recipient of the prestigious Turner Prize in London (1984) and is
represented in the collection of the Hirshorn Museum in Washington DC.
David Ebner
David N. Ebner
is an artist/craftsman who works in four modes: classical
impressions of furniture, turned objects, sculptural furniture and
furniture. "I approach my art intuitively as well as intellectually, drawing
inspiration wherever I find it. I've explored a variety of directions and
themes over the years, but each piece is treated as an art object with
concern for my material and honesty to its inherent qualities. For me, one's
creative ability is demonstrated in the diversity of the pieces and what one
learns from change."
Walter (Valta) Us
East End Impressionistic landscape painter, two-time recipient of
the Pollock-Krasner Foundation Grant (2000, 2007) and a painter whose
brightly hued work has been called ‘exhilirating and transcendant’ and
‘reminiscent of Matisse’s work”. Us’ paintings are in the collections of
Boston Public Library, the Holter Museum in Helena, MT and the DeCordova
Museum in London MA.
Patrice Casanova
Celebrated advertising and fashion photographer, well know in the Bellport
area for his local images, especially ice sailing. His portraits have graced
the covers of Elle, Glamour, Vogue and Bazaar among others.
Suzanne Poli
Celebrated fine art and editorial photographer renowned for her iconic
images that capture the essence of regions and communities. Her portfolios
are in the collections of JP Morgan Chase, Suffolk County National Bank,
Prudential Douglass Elliman, as well as many private and public venues. Ms
Poli’s historic documentation of Gay Pride is considered the most
comprehensive collection of its kind and is being archived by The New York
Public Library.
